Rimfire Energy is a licenced Northern Territory electricity retailer providing small business customers in the area with a competitive alternative. We sell electricity to eligible small business customers in Darwin, Katherine, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs.
Are You a Small Business Customer?
Small business customers are defined as those that consume an annual electricity usage of less than 750 MWh per annum and if the premises are used for operating a business. For tariff purposes, you will also be considered a small business customer if you have a current standard contract and if you are being charged based on the regulated commercial pricing order tariffs. Small business customers would typically spend less than $18K per month.
Metering
For you to choose your electricity retailer and become a Rimfire Energy customer, your must have an eligible “smart meter” or a remote-read interval meter installed at your premises. Our friendly customer service team can assist with metering.
